Call Center Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Create and design engaging advertisements for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Manage daily posting, stories, reels, and campaign content.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, messages, and comments.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote clinic services.
  • Monitor social media performance, track engagement, and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with management to align marketing strategy with clinic goals.
  • Working as call center (Calling customer for marketing)
  • Reception work if needed
  • Video shoot for outside events

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist role in clinic
  • Strong skills in content creation, photography, video editing, and graphic design (illustrator/Photoshop preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Ability to multitask and handle client queries in a polite, professional manner.
  • Creativity and knowledge of latest social media trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
