Urgent Job Opening: Social Media cum Admin Coordinator

We are a growing garment company looking to hire a Social Media cum Admin Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and has a good eye for content and communication. This role combines social media handling with day-to-day administrative support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media

  • Manage and update company social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Plan and post regular content in coordination with collections, launches, and daily operations
  • Coordinate with photographers, designers, and production teams for content
  • Respond to basic inquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a simple content calendar and track engagement

Administration

  • Handle basic office administration and coordination tasks
  • Maintain records, files, and documents (digital and physical)
  • Assist with order follow-ups, sampling coordination, and internal communication
  • Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and internal teams
  • Support management with day-to-day operational tasks

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media handling and/or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and basic content tools (Canva preferred)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Interest or experience in garments, fashion, or textiles is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
