We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in the transportation industry, and be fluent in Arabic.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, complaints, and requests
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding transportation services, schedules, and pricing
  • Process bookings and reservations for customers
  • Maintain customer records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales
  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in the transportation industry
  • Fluent in Arabic, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
