Job description:

Are you a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills? Top Clinic in Dubai is looking for a Call Center Agent to join our team!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about our treatments, services, and promotions.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
  • Follow up with patients regarding their treatments and inquiries.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in the system.
  • Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Uphold excellent customer service standards and handle patient concerns professionally.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (preferably in healthcare or aesthetics).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and appointment scheduling software.
  • A patient, friendly, and professional demeanor.
