Food and Beverage (F&B) Expert

1. Customer Service & Guest Experience

  • Greet and engage guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Provide detailed recommendations on menu items, beverages, and pairings.
  • Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints efficiently.
  • Ensure a memorable dining experience that meets brand standards.

2. Food & Beverage Knowledge

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
  • Recommend wine, cocktails, or beverage pairings when appropriate.
  • Stay updated on food trends, seasonal offerings, and promotions.

3. Service & Operations

  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Follow proper serving techniques and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
  • Assist in inventory control and stock replenishment.

4. Quality & Compliance

  • Follow food safety and hygiene regulations (e.g., HACCP standards).
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.
  • Monitor product quality and report inconsistencies.

5. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and management.
  • Support team members during busy periods.
  • Participate in training and development sessions.
