Online Administrator -Ecommerce Co-ordinator

Knowledge in the following:

1. Odoo Software

2. Wordpress and Shopify

3. Amazon

1. Order Management

Export new orders from the website.

Update the delivery schedule accordingly.

Manually input orders into Odoo.

Print and prepare quotations.

Coordinate with the retail shop for items unavailable in the warehouse.

2. Customer Payments

Record and verify all customer payments.

Pay special attention to online payment confirmations

Send online payment links to customers as needed.

3. Customer Service

Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp.

Provide prompt after-sales support and resolve customer concerns efficiently.

4. Driver Coordination

Address driver inquiries or issues in a timely manner.

Ensure smooth coordination and support for deliveries.

5. Invoicing & Reporting

Generate and send invoices to customers.

Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports via email.

6. Product & Stock Management

Update product pricing, stock levels, and promotional banners across platforms.

Record stock updates upon arrival of new containers.

Add and maintain accurate product listings in the system.

7. Online Platform Support

Assist in processing orders from platforms like Instashop, Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem,

etc.

Update stock availability and pricing across each platform.

Manage product promotions and ensure consistency across listings.

8. Amazon Seller Support

Handle day-to-day operations of the Amazon seller account.

Ensure accurate product listings and timely stock updates.

9. Website Management

Add new products with complete descriptions, images, and categorization.

Update promotional banners and ensure relevant products are featured.

Maintain accurate and current pricing across all product pages.

Manage and refresh the Clearance page weekly (over 100 items) based on provided

Lists.

10. Strategy Execution Support

Assist the Online, Social Media, and E-Commerce Manager in implementing digital

strategies across all online platforms.

11. Sales Reporting

Prepare and maintain comprehensive sales reports as required.
