Call Center Representative

Job Overview

This role focuses on the sales of passenger car batteries and tires to customers who contact us through phone calls and the messaging center. This is a full-time position that requires working in rotational shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, converting prospects into customers, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert prospective customers into successful sales.
  • Initiate and maintain timely follow-ups with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and sales conversion.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Respond to general customer inquiries via telephone and email in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the internal CRM system.

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales or a call center environment, with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in the UAE.
  • Good knowledge of cars, car models, and general automotive products.
  • Familiarity with various locations across the UAE.
  • Excellent verbal communication and professional business writing skills in English.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Meeting or exceeding daily targets for calls and email responses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
