Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and support sales and operational activities.Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are essential for success in this role. the ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Promote and sell company products/services
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections professionally and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
