The Role

We are expanding our USA sales team and looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Representative to cold call American small businesses and close deals on our flagship product — the AI Phone Receptionist. You will be calling dental clinics, law firms, restaurants, salons, and real estate agencies across the USA, pitching a product that solves a real daily problem: missed phone calls costing businesses thousands of dollars per month. This is a performance-based role.

Compensation Structure

Component| Details

Base Salary| PKR 30,000/month (paid after closing at least 1 deal)

Commission| 25% on every deal

Minimum Deal Size| $500 USD

Example Earnings

• Close one $500 deal: PKR 30,000 (base) + ~PKR 35,000 (commission) = PKR 65,000/month
• Close two $1,000 deals: PKR 30,000 (base) + ~PKR 140,000 (commission) = PKR 170,000+/month

No cap on commission.

Commission Payout:

25% commission is paid per deal and can be released immediately after closing (no need to wait for month-end), or accumulated and paid at the end of the month based on employee preference.

Screening & Growth Process

• All shortlisted candidates will go through an English accent screening.
• Before the interview, you will be given a short paragraph to read and record so we can evaluate your pronunciation and communication skills.
• Selected candidates will be hired on a 1–2 month performance evaluation period.
• Based on your performance, you will be offered a permanent position with an increased base salary.

Your Responsibilities

• Call 30–50 USA businesses per day
• Follow the provided script and objection handling guide
• Book demo meetings
• Conduct or assist in 15-minute demos via Google Meet
• Follow up via WhatsApp or email
• Update CRM with call notes and status
• Close at least 1 deal per month to retain base salary

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, cold calling, or customer service (BPO or international sales preferred)
• Fluent spoken English — clear and professional communication
• Smartphone or laptop with stable internet and a quiet workspace
• Ability to work independently
• Must set up a USA virtual number via Numero app (€8.5/month ≈ PKR 2,600)
• Availability from 8:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT, Tuesday to Saturday
