Compensation:

• Base Salary: PKR 40,000/month*
• Commission: 20% per closed deal

Role B – Pakistan Market (Cold Caller)

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Time: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (PKT)

Compensation:

• Base Salary: PKR 25,000/month*
• Commission: 20% per closed deal

Your Responsibilities

• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily using the provided lead list
• Follow the provided cold-calling script and sales process
• Schedule product demos via Google Meet or WhatsApp
• Follow up with prospects through WhatsApp and email
• Update CRM records after every interaction
• Submit daily performance reports
• Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions

• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required

Compensation StructureUSA Market

• Base Salary: PKR 40,000/month
• Commission: 20% per closed deal
• Commission paid after deal closure

Monthly Salary Eligibility: To qualify for the monthly base salary, you must close at least one deal worth $500 USD or more during the month.

Example:

• 1 × $500 deal = Commission + Monthly Salary Eligibility
• Multiple deals = Higher commission earnings with no cap

Pakistan Market

• Base Salary: PKR 25,000/month
• Commission: 20% per closed deal
• Commission paid after deal closure

Monthly Salary Eligibility: To qualify for the monthly base salary, you must close at least one deal worth PKR 90,000 or more during the month.

Example:

• 1 × PKR 90,000 deal = PKR 18,000 commission + Monthly Salary Eligibility
• Additional deals increase total earnings
