Position Overview

Impactia Corp is seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our Phoenix team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, supporting marketing campaigns, and maintaining positive client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
• Provide accurate information about services, promotions, and campaigns
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective clients
• Document customer interactions in CRM systems
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
