Call Center Agent – Healthcare (5+ Years Experience)

  • Handle inbound/outbound patient calls professionally
  • Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments
  • Address patient inquiries (services, billing, insurance)
  • Maintain accurate records in EMR
  • Coordinate with clinical and admin teams
  • Handle complaints and escalate when required
  • Follow up with patients (reminders, feedback)
  • Ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance
  • Support basic insurance and approval queries
  • Meet KPIs of the clinic and maintain high patient service standards
