Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. Handle multiple fast paced phone calls smoothly. Available to work at either our Dearborn or Detroit location .
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Determine eligibility
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Perform data entry tasks and route messages accurately
- Utilize computer systems to track customer interactions
-Reply to all emails and handle text messages
- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
Experience
- Previous work in a medical office is a plus with knowledge of EPIC
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computerized systems
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to handle and answer phones non-stop
- Experience with medical records when needed
