We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently while delivering outstanding service.
Location: Bahria Town Karachi
Requirements:
- Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous call center or customer service experience will be an advantage
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer handling abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software systems
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure
- Good English and Urdu communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests effectively
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system
- Achieve assigned performance and customer satisfaction targets
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required
- Ensure high-quality customer service and positive customer experience
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
