Call Center Agent

We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our team. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently while delivering outstanding service.

Location: Bahria Town Karachi

Requirements:

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous call center or customer service experience will be an advantage
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and customer handling abilities
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software systems
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure
  • Good English and Urdu communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests effectively
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the system
  • Achieve assigned performance and customer satisfaction targets
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and positive customer experience

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
