Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and dependable Call Center Agent to support our Orlando operations. This role handles inbound and outbound calls, assists customers with parking-related questions, schedules services, and supports internal teams with accurate information and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally

Provide information related to parking services, locations, and general operations

Schedule appointments or service requests as needed

Document calls, issues, and resolutions accurately in internal systems

Escalate complex concerns to supervisors when appropriate

Coordinate with field staff and operations teams
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
