  • Managing inbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
  • Updating customers account data, as required.
  • Providing courteous and professional support to customers via different channels.
  • Assisting in resolving customers inquires/complaints.
  • Troubleshooting problems and providing accurate information.
  • Responding to customers inquires in a professional and appropriate manner.
  • Performing diverse duties to support department objectives as communicated and assigned.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
  • Solid English Language.
  • 1-2 years' practical experience in a relevant field.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, ensuring clear, effective, and positive customer interactions.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Professional and courteous personality
  • Consistently demonstrates a proactive and positive readiness to support team members and contribute to shared success.
  • Possesses strong teamwork, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
