Join ECCO Gulf Majorel Qatar as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls related to inquiries and services.
- Providing accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information.
- Resolving customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes.

Required Profile
