Job Description: ACA Self Verifier
We are hiring experienced ACA Self Verifiers for our call center team. The role involves verifying customer information, confirming ACA eligibility, and ensuring applications meet compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound ACA verification calls.
- Verify customer details including income, residency, and coverage status.
- Confirm eligibility for ACA Marketplace programs.
- Ensure all information is accurate and compliant.
- Follow verification scripts and company guidelines.
- Meet daily verification targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of ACA verification experience.
- Good communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
