Job Title: Arabic-Speaking Call Center Agent

Shift: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM (12 Hours)
Job Overview
We are hiring fluent/native Arabic-speaking Call Center Agents to join our team in Lahore for a UAE-based client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in Arabic professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain proper call records and documentation
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements
- Fluent or Native-level Arabic (mandatory)
- Good understanding of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a 12-hour shift (9 AM – 9 PM)
- Prior call center experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills
