call center Agent - Arabic account

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Call Center Agents to join our Arabic Account team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience who are looking to start their career in customer service.

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
  • Follow company communication scripts and guidelines.
  • Achieve assigned KPIs (quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction).
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at all times.

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customers professionally.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
