Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Update customer records and document interactions in the system.

Follow company policies, compliance, and call quality standards.

Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
Requirements:

Previous experience in Customer Service or Call Center role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle customers professionally under pressure.

Good computer knowledge and typing skills.
-
Banking experience is an added advantage.
