Call Center Agent – Arabic Speaking (F&B )

We are a leading Food & Beverage group looking for a Arabic-speaking Call Center Agent to manage customer orders, delivery coordination, and support inquiries. We are seeking someone with strong communication skills who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound customer calls (Arabic & English)
  • Take delivery orders and enter them accurately into the system
  • Coordinate with branches, kitchen, and delivery teams
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally
  • Maintain call records and follow company service standards
  • Update customers on promotions and offers

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Call Center or Customer Service experience (F&B preferred)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic computer knowledge and POS handling
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
