We are a leading Food & Beverage group looking for a Arabic-speaking Call Center Agent to manage customer orders, delivery coordination, and support inquiries. We are seeking someone with strong communication skills who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls (Arabic & English)
- Take delivery orders and enter them accurately into the system
- Coordinate with branches, kitchen, and delivery teams
- Resolve customer complaints professionally
- Maintain call records and follow company service standards
- Update customers on promotions and offers
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic (mandatory)
- Good communication skills in English
- Call Center or Customer Service experience (F&B preferred)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic computer knowledge and POS handling
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
