We’re hiring Call Center Agents to join the Customer Service team of one of the leading and most reputable banks in Egypt .
You will handle customer inquiries, provide account information, and deliver top-quality service over the phone.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about banking products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
  • Follow up on customer requests and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Adhere to call handling standards and performance metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Graduates only
  • Males only
  • English level: B2 or above
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is a must (preferably banking or call center)
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work rotational shifts and rotational days off
  • Work location: Mohandessin – On-site

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£18,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month
