Job Description:
We are hiring a Call Center Agent with experience in digital services. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in customer support or telesales, along with a good understanding of web services, SEO, and digital solutions. You must be able to communicate clearly, understand client needs, and promote our digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to promote and sell digital services (Web Development, SEO, etc.).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest the right digital services.
  • Respond to client inquiries and follow up on time.
  • Handle objections and resolve issues professionally.
  • Guide clients about service processes and timelines.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in call center, telesales, or customer support (preferably in IT/digital services).
  • Good knowledge of web services, SEO, and digital marketing.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Good persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.

  • Shift: Night (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
