Position Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Female Call Center Agents to join our vibrant sales team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging with potential clients internationally to promote our services and drive new business. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the UK and US markets, introducing them to our SEO and digital marketing services.
• Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our service offerings, customizing the conversation to address individual client needs and challenges.
• Identify and qualify new sales leads through effective questioning and active listening, building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Manage the initial sales process, from prospecting to setting appointments and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up activities in the company's CRM system.
• Utilize feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve outreach strategies and communication techniques.
• Strive to meet and exceed individual and team-based sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum educational qualification of Matric / O-Levels / Intermediate. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with a clear, professional, and easily understandable accent.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a natural talent for persuasion and negotiation.
• A results-driven attitude, resilience, and a strong commitment to achieving set goals.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Prior experience in tele-sales, outbound call centers, or the digital marketing industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• We highly encourage fresh graduates with outstanding communication skills and a determination to succeed to apply.

Job Details

• Work Location: On-site at our Gulberg, Lahore office.
• Shift Timings (Monday to Friday):
• UK Market Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (PKT)
• US Market Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PKT)
