CALL CENTER AGENT (FEMALE)

Our restaurant is currently hiring a Female Call Center Agent who is fluent in Arabic.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries.

Confirm and accurately follow up on orders.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure fast and smooth service.

Requirements:

Fluency in Arabic (spoken).

Excellent communication skills with a clear and professional voice.

Ability to work under pressure.

Previous experience in restaurants or customer service is preferred.

Salary: 3,500 QAR
