Call Center Agent - Female

Job Title: Call Center Agent

Department: Commercial

Reporting to: Store & Spa Manager

Location: Dubai Mall

Work Type: [Full-time / Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays]

Job Purpose:

To handle all incoming client communications via phone and ensure a seamless booking experience. This role is key in converting inquiries into appointments, promoting spa services, and supporting front-desk operations when required, all while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.

· Schedule, update, and cancel appointments using the booking system.

· Provide accurate and detailed information on services, packages, and promotions.

· Upsell treatments, upgrades, and retail products during appointment bookings.

· Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

· Maintain accurate records of all calls, bookings, and client information.

· Coordinate closely with the spa operations and reception teams to ensure service continuity.

· Support reception duties when required, including welcoming clients, handling check-ins/check-outs, and managing the waiting area.

· Follow all confidentiality protocols and uphold Izil Spa's service standards.

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • as a call center Agent: 2 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Must be Arabic and English Speaker (Preferred)
