Job Description

World Signature Events is looking for a confident and energetic Call Center Agent (Female) to join our team. We are seeking candidates with excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a pleasant personality who can effectively deal with clients and maintain high customer service standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Provide accurate information regarding company services
• Maintain proper follow-ups with clients
• Respond to customer queries in a polite and professional manner
• Maintain call records and customer details
• Coordinate with internal departments when required
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year preferred
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional personality
• Good speaking and listening skills
• Ability to work in a professional office environment
• Basic computer knowledge will be preferred

Qualification

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• No specific field restriction

Job Timings

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Workplace

• Office-Based Position

Interview Details

• Interviews will be conducted at the Head Office located in DHA Phase 8.

Salary

• 25k-35k per month
