Call Center Agent (Healthcare Sector)

Job Summary:

Clinica Sabah Group is seeking a professional and customer-focused Call Center Agent who is fluent in Arabic and English and has prior experience in the UAE healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing patient experience and ensuring smooth communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
  • Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
  • Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and continuity of care.
  • Maintain and update patient records using CRM systems.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative teams.
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient information at all times.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1+ year experience in a call center role within UAE clinics or hospitals.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
