Call Center Agent - Hindi Speaker

Job Description:

We are seeking a Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide product or service information, resolve customer issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups or sales.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or account statuses.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required.
  • Basic computer skills, including typing and navigating systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
