  • Listen carefully, explain things clearly, and resolve complaints to prevent escalation.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate colleagues when needed.
  • Maintain accurate digital call records, log interactions, and follow the script.
  • Meet daily KPIs as part of standard performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and teammates; participate in training to build skills over time.
Qualifications / What You'll Need
