Job Overview
Ravisn LTD is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help generate and qualify leads for our international logistics and freight forwarding services.
This role involves finding potential clients, contacting them through calls and messages, and booking meetings for the sales or management team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Find potential customers such as importers, exporters, e-commerce sellers, and small businesses
- Create lead lists using Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Maps, and online directories
- Contact leads through cold calls, follow-up calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages
Lead Qualification & Meetings
- Understand customer shipment needs (origin, destination, size, timeline, budget)
- Qualify leads and book meetings for the Sales Manager or Management Team
- Collect basic shipment details from interested clients
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain and update lead data in Google Sheets or CRM systems
- Update lead status (New, Contacted, Interested, Meeting Booked, Closed/Lost)
- Share weekly performance reports
Coordination & Follow-ups
- Coordinate with operations and quotation teams
- Follow up with interested leads until deal is closed or rejected
Experience & Requirements
- Fresh candidates can apply if communication skills are good
- 1–2 years experience in sales, telesales, customer support, logistics, or B2B sales is a plus
- Good spoken and written English
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel
- CRM experience is a plus
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in English
- Confidence in phone calls and professional WhatsApp communication
- Basic understanding of sales and handling objections
- Organized and able to follow scripts and SOPs
Preferred Skills (Plus Point)
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or e-commerce
- LinkedIn lead generation or cold email experience
- Basic knowledge of shipping terms (air freight, sea freight, DDP/DDU)
