We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Call Center Agent to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, if necessary.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when needed.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and KPIs.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and company updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a call center agent or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
