Call Center Agent - Native Arabic Speaker

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Call Center Agent to manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, if necessary.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and company updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a call center agent or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
