Call Center Agent / Receptionist – Abu Dhabi (Main City)

We are looking for a professional and customer‑focused Call Center Agent / Receptionist to join our team in Abu Dhabi – Main City. The ideal candidate will be well‑spoken, organized, and able to handle customer inquiries with confidence and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and front‑desk operations
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and update systems as required
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Own visa (mandatory)
  • Previous experience in call center, customer service, or receptionist roles
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
  • Good computer and administrative skills
