As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul in May 2026, Les Maisons Bocuse are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East.

We are looking for our future Salesperson in catering ready to embody excellence and the French art of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome, advise, and build customer loyalty

• Promote Paul Bocuse products (fine grocery items, delicatessen products, pastries, bakery items depending on the outlet)

• Upsell and develop additional sales

• Deliver a premium and personalized customer experience

• Participate in product display and restocking

• Maintain the House’s standards and brand image

• Process payments

• Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations

• Ensure product quality and freshness

Skills & Soft Skills:

• Previous experience in food retail or hospitality is a plus

• Strong customer service skills

• Professional appearance

• Strong sales mindset

• Interest in premium gastronomic products
