Receptionist Duties:

  • Welcome guests and business associates upon arrival.

  • Greet and welcome the guest/visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.

  • Ensure the reception area is presentable and well-organized at all times.

  • Process payments of lost and found building access cards.

  • Handle front desk operations, including call transfers, and visitor logs.

  • Liaise with building maintenance and security teams as required.

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

  • Report any facility issues or concerns to the property management team.

  • Stay updated on the tower's events, tenants, and amenities to provide accurate information.

  • Responding to calls and addressing them accordingly, addressing visitor inquiries and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment.

  • Issuing building access cards to the guests/visitors.

  • Provide directions and information related to commercial tower amenities and services.

Administrative Duties:

  • Collaborate with the management team to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.

  • Handle any other administrative tasks assigned by the management.

Qualifications

Requirements Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service preferred

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and email

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Ability to multitask and work independently
