Call Center Agent - Restaurant Female Saudi Nationals only

· Must be good level of English language, Speaking and Reading.

· Ability to work in night shift.

· Maintain attendance monthly training program to ensure no drop-in standards is tolerated.

· Keep all required notes as per policy and procedures guided by the Reception Manager on Guests visiting the Restaurant.

· Ability to review and suggest seating planner to deliver smooth operating each service.

· Attend daily briefings and in the Reception Manager absence be able to deliver the Reception briefing of all guests attending the restaurant each service.

· Manage “Aces in Places” skill set with scheduling department team which includes Housekeeping and Reception and Events.

· Keep to date with regular guests and requests without prompting.

· Full control over seating planner to deliver smooth operating each service.

· Keep up to date with fashion trends, brands, celebrities, and other relevant social market trends.

· Accountable for the upkeep of the house keeping team to ensure restaurant is impeccable every day and throughout service.

· Partake in weekly management meetings with weekly reviews on guests and occupancy and calendar holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼5,000.00 per month
