Call Center Agent – SEO Campaign

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and motivated Call Center Agents to join our growing SEO campaign team. If you have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to clients and prospects for SEO / digital marketing services.
• Explain products and services clearly and persuasively.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
• Meet daily and weekly performance targets.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve overall campaign goals.

Requirements

• Previous call center or telesales experience preferred (SEO or digital marketing background is a plus).
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence, enthusiasm, and a results-driven mindset.
• Willing to work the evening shift (5 PM – 2 AM).
• Basic computer literacy and CRM knowledge are an advantage.
