Call Center Agent – (Takaful Insurance)

Position: Telesales Agent – Hakeem Tahafuz (Takaful Insurance)
Location: Islamabad I-9/2
Employment Type: Full-time On-site

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers to promote and explain the Hakeem Tahafuz Takaful plan.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets through outbound calling.
• Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM system.
• Handle customer queries with professionalism and provide product-related information clearly and accurately.
• Contribute to team performance and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or relevant field).
• Proven experience in telesales or call center environment, preferably in insurance like Jazz Fikr Free, takaful, or financial products.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with Islamic finance concepts will be an advantage.

Job Timings and Days:

• 6 days a week, 9AM-6PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
