Call Center Agent - US Trucking

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Truck Dispatch Sales Agent. The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling trucking activities, communicating with drivers and clients, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries. Additionally, the agent will handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.

You must have following qualities:

• Capable of capturing customer attention and satisfaction.
• Time management and duty adherence.
• Use of professional, positive language.

Salary Structure

• Experienced Agents: 40k to 60k basic salary (depending on your previous experience)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
• Knowledge of transportation logistics and supply chain management
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and GPS systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the trucking or logistics industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a bonus
