Call Center Agent (USA)

Devronix Solutions is looking for the best suitable candidate for the position of "Call Center Agents".

Candidate must have following skills:

• Exceptional verbal communications skills
• Can generate sales on call, email & chatting
• Proficient in English, candidates with British & American accents will be preferred
• Good reading & writing ability
• Excellent communications and persuasive skills

• Must have basic computer knowledge, researching, handling emails & manage relevant correspondence with team and clients

• To generate and identify quality leads and sales on different online channels i.e. social media, online portals, etc. that result in sales
• Identify potential clients & strategic partners to increase sales
• Track the activity and new trends in different online channels and use them for business development & marketing purposes
• Maintain Professional Environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
