Call Center Agent – USA Based Campaign

Job Summary:
We are hiring Call Center Agents for a USA-based campaign. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls with customers in the United States, providing accurate information, and ensuring a professional customer experience. This is a direct hiring opportunity for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for USA-based customers
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English
• Promote products or services as per campaign requirements
• Maintain accurate call records and customer information
• Follow company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines
• Meet performance and quality targets

Requirements:

• Good English communication and listening skills
• Ability to work night shifts (USA time zones)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Call center or sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
• Professional attitude and reliability
