Call Center Agent/Customer Service

We need CSR for our call centers at Abbottabad Office.

Job Description

1. To talk to US customers and promote our products and services.

2. Guide customers about products and services according to our given guidelines.

3. This is a night job. So candidates should be able to work at night shifts.

Qualification and Skills Required

1. Excellent communication skills at English language.

2. Candidates with relevant call center experience will be preferred.

3. Should be a quick learner and able to work on different projects simultaneously.

Salary and Remunerations

1. Fixed salary PKR 20,000 to 25000 will be paid.

2. Bonuses will be paid on daily and monthly basis according to sales performance
