Call Center Agents

We are looking for motivated and energetic Call Center Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers professionally, and help achieve company sales or support targets.

This role is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates looking to grow in the call center industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide accurate information about company products or services
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints
• Generate leads and close sales (for sales campaigns)
• Maintain call records and update CRM systems
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets

Requirements

• Good communication skills English
• Confident and clear speaking skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Willing to work night shifts
• Prior call center experience is a plus (Freshers can apply)

Preferred Skills

• Sales or customer service background
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities
