We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our onsite team at our UK-based travel agency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, handling travel bookings, resolving complaints, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries in person, via phone, and email professionally and efficiently.
- Assist clients with flight bookings, reissues, cancellations, refunds, and travel documentation guidance.
- Provide accurate information regarding fares, airline policies, baggage allowances, and visa requirements.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth booking processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response time, and service quality.
- Upsell additional travel services where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Previous experience (1–3 years) in customer service, preferably in travel industry.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken & written).
- Professional attitude and ability to work onsite in a team environment.
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
