Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Provide customer support and sales assistance
• Generate leads and close sales (for sales campaign)
• Maintain call records and CRM updates
• Achieve daily and monthly targets

Requirements

• Freshers are encouraged to apply

• Good English communication skills
• Confident and energetic personality
• Willing to work in Evening or Night shifts
• Basic computer knowledge
