Call Center Agents (Rotational Shifts)

Job Overview:

Control Room Officer is the first face of the company and he/she is responsible to handle all the quires asked by customer at help line and responsible to make customer vehicle safe.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for all the quires asked by customer (inbound & Outbound) and provid them FCR. (First Call Resolution)
  • Monitor the entire alerts with maximum level of focus of assigned base so not a single alert can be missed.
  • Making outbound calls for mobilizing & immobilizing the vehicle on NOGO & Battery alert if necessary.
  • Escalating the vulnerable cases to supervisors for the immediate action.
  • Informing immediately to the available supervisor about CODERED intimation given by customer.
  • Understanding Customer problem and create a relevant complaint to provide the exact solution.
  • Understand the starting issues and connecting them with technicians accordingly.
  • Dealing Repo agents on CR cell phones.

Qualifications:

  • Graduation
  • Excellent Communication.
  • Able to accept new changes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
