Call Center Agents (UAE National / Emirati Only)

Key Requirements

• One or more year of experience as call center agent of UAE.
• Must be diploma / graduate
• Having Good communication skills in both English & Arabic - Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Basic mathematics / numerical understanding
• Great active listening skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
• A patient and empathetic attitude
• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Computer literacy
