Call Center Assistant

You'll help us provide a "Wow" experience for our customers and service providers. Successful candidates will possess strong communication skills, ability to work in a constantly changing and active environment. Proficient computer skills and ability to learn and follow processes is required. Must enjoy working with people.

Responsibilities include being the voice of Northside Collision. Answering all incoming calls , initiating follow up phone calls, emails and text. Understanding the vehicle accident claim process, creating and maintaining a proper repair file. Working and communicating with a team.
