Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and friendly Call Center Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about products and services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a great opportunity for freshers or experienced candidates who want to build a career in a professional call center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly.
  • Support lead generation and sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
