Call Center Coordinator - Facility Managment

Job Description

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner from tenants

2. Evaluate problems and complaints of the tenants and enter in the system (AMFM)

3. Assign complaints/work to the technician via work orders

4. Route calls to other team members whenever needed

5. Make relevant notes from customer interactions

6. Arrange vehicle and materials when needed

7. Complete call logs and reports

8. Maintain attendance sheets

9. Prepare daily work distribution chart

10. Raising martial requisitions

11. Purchasing any equipment, tools, or materials that may be required

12. Manage & update customer databases

13. Follow-up on customer calls

14. Developing maintenance plans and implementing them.

15. Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.

16. Keeping track of supply and material inventories.

17. Verifying and registering overtime of staff

18. Updating maintenance logs for all machinery

19. Establishing protocols for non-mechanical maintenance

20. Ensuring basic tools and machinery are in working order by performing regular inspections

21. Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement.

22. Performs any other functions related to the job scope, the management deem necessary as designated.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (and/or Other Attributes):

1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma holder

2. With very good knowledge in Customer Service.

3. Preferably with considerable experience working in the UAE being well versed with Facility Maintenance.

4. Good facility of Language (English) and communication skills.

5. Open to all Nationalities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
